SCHEDULE A SERVICE: Fax  or email ua at bayareabackflow@sbcglobal.net a copy of your notification from the water company, please include a cover sheet with your contact information.  We will provide a written estimate for the testing or required correction.  Once approved,  you will be contacted and a scheduled appointment made to complete the work.  During the repairs water does have to be temporarily interrupted.  Your estimate will indicate the approximate time without water.  If special circumstance prohibits work during normal business hours (M-F 7:30am - 4:30pm) please indicate the necessary scheduling in your correspondence.
